PACKAGES

Our accommodation packages include a 3-night stay + weekend event pass and start from £199 per person + booking fee (based on 6 person package). Package sizes range from 1-6. 

• You can take out a payment plan and split the payments across 3 months with the first instalment upon booking £99. 

• You can pay a deposit of £149, with no need to pay the rest until 1st Oct.

• Or you can pay in full at the time of booking.

• Klarna: Make your purchase now, and pay later with a payment plan provided by Klarna.

In all scenarios, you will be able to pay by Debit/Credit Card or Apple & Google Pay. 

Weekend Passes include access to all main event night parties over the weekend.

*Additional parties; boat parties and pop-up parties will be sold as an added extra due to capacity restrictions. These will be announced closer to the weekender.

Our packages cater to groups of 1 to 6 people.

Yes, this is available at check-out via a third party supplier. facilitated through Cover Genius. 

Insurance Product Information will be available at the time of adding it on. It typically covers you if you need to cancel for unforeseen circumstances.

For payment plans, the Booking Protection fee will be collected at the time of the first instalment. 

For deposit + balance bookings, the Booking Protection fee will be collected at the time of the initial deposit.

Lead bookers will receive a booking confirmation at the time of booking and an electronic ticket nearer the time of departure. 

Your tickets will also be available to download in the lead booker's account. 

This will be sent approximately 7 days before the event. You can print it or bring it on your smartphone.

If you need to change the details on your tickets or make a name change please reach out via email on amsterdam@dnballstars.com

Cancellation requests must be submitted by the lead passenger via email. Review booking terms for associated costs.

Interest in the event has been incredibly high, and with the current pace, it's likely that tickets will go fast.
